(released 1999–2000) was a flagship Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) from Twelve Tone Systems, later Cakewalk, Inc. It was a successor to Cakewalk 3.0 and preceded the famous Cakewalk Sonar line. Pro Audio 9 was revolutionary for its time, offering 32-bit audio engine, unlimited tracks, real-time effects, and advanced MIDI sequencing.
