: The new PC has a different GPU (e.g., you captured on an NVIDIA PC but are running on an AMD laptop). Fix : Inside PowerDirector, go to Preferences > Hardware Acceleration and toggle to "Software Encoding" temporarily. Then re-enable hardware acceleration – the portable version will auto-detect the new GPU.
