The movie follows the story of Nick O'Donnell (Bobby Campo), a high school student who has a premonition of his own death during a graduation party. After witnessing a terrifying accident that claims the lives of several people, Nick and his friends manage to cheat death by avoiding the scene of the accident. However, Death itself becomes determined to claim the lives of those who survived, using a series of elaborate and gruesome methods.
