Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.00 - 2.01 -elamigos Upd... [work]

The old system was passive and numerical. The new 2.0 system is aggressive and synergistic. Elamigos users updating from an older repack will immediately notice that Armor is no longer attached to clothing mods, and the Skill Trees have been reset to allow for a "Refund" of Perk points.
