I'm using EMUI 14 (Huawei). I know that Google’s dialer doesn’t support native call recording in many regions due to legal restrictions.
Huawei follows a : the Phone app reads the SIM card’s MCC (Mobile Country Code) and disables recording if the country has restrictive laws. EMUI 14 updates this list more aggressively than prior versions.
