For nearly a decade, The Sims 4 has served as a digital dollhouse for millions. But for a vocal and creative subset of the community, the vanilla game is far too sterile.
While most adult mods are tolerated, EA has taken a hard line against content involving non-consensual acts or minors. In 2021, EA explicitly stated that users of "deeply disturbing" mods—such as those enabling incest or pedophilia—risk permanent account bans.
These mods are designed to make the game harder, darker, and infinitely more dramatic.
