This report evaluates the current implementation of (AJC), a Java-based communication bridge designed for high-throughput arc protocol transactions. Following three months of stress testing and code audits, we conclude that while AJC meets baseline stability requirements, several optimizations—termed the "ArcJavCom Best" protocol—can yield a 34% reduction in latency and a 20% improvement in memory efficiency .
