Search for "Adobe Photoshop CS6 English language pack" on a reputable tech forum or archive site. Look for a .zip file containing an en_US folder.

Launch Photoshop CS6 Portable again. The interface should now be fully English.

If your portable version includes multiple language packs, you might be able to change it within the app: Go to (the second menu from the left). Select Preferences (bottom of the list) > Interface . Under UI Language , check the dropdown menu for English .

You will see folders like en_US , fr_FR , de_DE , zh_CN , etc.
