Moves ticket attachments out of the database and into the local filesystem or Amazon S3 to prevent database bloat.

Conditional logic. What it does: Shows or hides form fields based on previous answers. (e.g., If user selects "Problem with Billing," show fields for "Invoice Number" and "Last 4 digits of card."
