The R85 branch uses a new public key infrastructure. Old license files (e.g., from R80) are rejected. Solution: Contact your vendor’s license management portal. Generate a new license.key file using the controller’s MAC address and the R85 software serial number. Place it in /etc/licenses/ and restart the runtime service.
