A former special-forces operative, known as Dima “Cross” (or Anton), returns to a Russian city ravaged by criminal gangs after prison; he sets out to dismantle organized crime using ruthless, sometimes extralegal methods. The story follows his confrontations with rival factions, corrupt officials, and personal demons.
