The story begins with two children from broken families, a young boy and a girl named Vasudha, who bond while escaping domestic violence. Adopted by a kind police constable, they grow up as siblings, with the boy—now calling himself —promising to protect Vasudha, whom he calls "Amma".

Driven by grief and rage, Tees Maar Khan uses his position as a police officer to dismantle Jeeja’s empire.
