If an update is available (e.g., from v0.1.0 to v0.2.5), tap “Update.” Keep the phone and speaker within 1 meter. Do not play audio or close the app. The speaker will blink white LED during the update (approximately 2–3 minutes). Upon completion, the speaker will power cycle.
The JBL Go 3 supports Bluetooth 5.1, which is stable, but it does not officially support true Multipoint (connecting to two devices simultaneously). If you are having connection issues, ensure the speaker isn't trying to connect to an old device in your bag or a neighbor's phone.
