Factory Reset Protection (FRP) is a security feature on all Android devices running Android 5.1 and higher, including the OPPO A40. It is designed to prevent unauthorized access if your phone is lost or stolen. Once you set up a Google account (Gmail) on the device, FRP automatically activates.
