The eNature Brazil Naturist Festival, held annually in the interior of São Paulo state, represents one of South America’s largest clothing-optional gatherings. While much research on naturism focuses on philosophy, law, or participant psychology, this paper investigates the often-invisible dimension of work —both paid and volunteer—that sustains the festival. Drawing on participant observation, semi-structured interviews with staff (2023–2025 editions), and analysis of operational documents, this study examines three core themes: (1) the integration of naturist ethics into labor relations, (2) the unique challenges of recruiting and training workers for a nude environment, and (3) the economic and social outcomes for host communities.
