Arvind Tiwary returns as the sole director for season 2 (season 1 had two directors). Tiwary, an alumnus of the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), has stated in interviews that Paglet 2 is his "love letter to the badlands." His direction is characterized by long, unbroken takes during action sequences and extreme close-ups during emotional beats. Tiwary also served as the series' showrunner, ensuring visual consistency across all eight episodes.
