The story centers on Vikram Mayur, a wealthy Indian businessman raised in England who has a deep-seated disdain for Indian culture. He travels to Mumbai to find his deceased brother's eight-year-old son, Nandu. Nandu is being raised by his aunt, Bijuriya ( Sonali Bendre ), a club dancer who has dedicated her life to the boy. The film follows Vikram's cultural clash and eventual romance with Bijuriya as he decides whether to take Nandu back to England or stay in India. Release Date: January 26, 1996.
